Our new Junior Designer, Craig Wilson joins us as a permanent member of staff after a stint of work experience a few weeks ago.  In 2005, a player was actually killed during a game of badminton after a broken racquet impaled him in the eye.  This hopefully isn’t the norm, so Craig shouldn’t let this incident affect his underarm.  His five facts...

1. I’ve had a steady girlfriend for about a year and a half, who is a jewellery design student at Birmingham City University
2. I like a wide variety of music, particularly rock and Indi
3. I am not particularly sporty but I do enjoy playing badminton
4. I enjoy playing Xbox online with my mates
5. I can juggle

Welcome to Rob James, our new Digital Designer.  The world record for the heaviest parsnip is held by a Mr Norman Craven from Canada, weighing in at a colossal 12lb 9oz.  I wonder how that compares with Carol's victuals; apparently Rob is the man to ask…

1. I once jumped out of a plane as I had nothing else better to do in a lunchtime.
2. I once weighed Carol Vorderman’s vegetables.
3. I made a flash game called Kebabvan which has been played 8 million times and is very popular in China.
4. I was 4th in a national 12 metre freestyle swimming gala when I was 9.  I only didn’t get a medal because my goggles fell off (I think).
5. I own a very silly bicycle and once while riding it a motorist was laughing so much he crashed into 2 other cars.
