If your daughter plays ice hockey for Coventry Ladies then taking part in a Charity game against her team is going to hurt !!
Clayton from the studio played in a Charity Ice hockey game where a collection of boyfriends, dads and friends (some of whom were only just aware that ice exists and it's mostly in drinks) turned out as 'The Bambi Boys' against the Coventry Phoenix Ladies team.
Nice stick skills !
The men are claiming a victory although the scoring was somewhat questionable. From the look of Clayton his age was beginning to show by the end – surely time to retire from active sport now Mr Bottrill ??
At least they enjoyed themselves while the rest of us watched England get knocked out of the World Cup !
